Pricing structure
Real estate loan signing, notarization and travel services are a flat rate and are determined through the title/escrow company. As a mobile notary, please note:
All other notarizations are $25 per signature
Travel fees are in addition to notarization fees. Quoted per engagement, based on distance, drive time, and rush hour.
$50 surcharge for after hours appointments
(6pm-9pm or before 8am)
